    Make sure that user is connected to Schneider Network (Office/VPN).
    SAP do not work out of Schneider environment

    1- Click on the icon SAP List Refresh on Start > All programs > SAP Front End
    2 - Select the following options, and click on next
    3 - Select the following options, and click on next
    4 - Select the following options, and click on next
    5 - Select the following options, and click on next
    SAP logon Should be now update with all the connectors available:
