Guide To Create Auto-PVC
Prerequisites:
User must have access to Utility > Favourite in E-Costing Tool.
User must have email address added in Supplier Creation in E-Costing Tool.
Steps:
1. Go to Utility > Favourite.
2. In Favourite, select PVC Estimate and click ADD.
3. Under Part Price Detail, select the cluster, plant, category, and supplier. Then, select all parts in the
bill of materials (BOM).
4. Check the boxes for Auto SLM RM PVC and Auto PVC Estimates to enable automatic updates to SLM
and part costing data.
5. Click Create to save the selection. (Refer to Figure 1 for Step 1 to 5)
6. In View, you can see all of the list data. (Refer to Figure 2)
Point to Note:
Once the Auto-PVC link is created, software will automatically update the SLM and part costing data every
4th and 7th day of the month, regardless of whether the buyer changes any data in the SLM or RM prices.
The buyer will receive an email with the Excel sheet of part costing and category master report after each
PVC.
