It might be really hard to stay motivated when life is so difficult; I'm cheering you on and

sending all the good energy and vibes— you absolutely deserve all that's wonderful, good,
and what you need ♡

You need to slow down and be gentle with yourself. You've been dealing with so much for so
long and you need to give yourself some time to do nothing. I hope someday you see yourself
the way I see you because you are the strongest person I know and deserve the most beautiful
life. Don't apologize for struggling. You're okay. It's all been a lot. Love you so much.

Sending love to anyone struggling with their mental health. You deserve to put yourself first.
You deserve to be okay. You deserve peace. You will get through it all. Proud of you.

Everything will be okay. It's easy to get overwhelmed by all that you need to do, the
possibility of things not working out, and everything that resides in the unknown. Take a deep
breath and relax your body. You have already endured the toughest battles and figured out the
most complicated issues thus far. Let that fact alone gives you confidence that youll overcome
whatever is stressing you out right now too.

GENTLE REMINDER THAT YOU ARE DOING YOUR BEST AND EVEN THOUGH
THINGS HAVE NOT BEEN EASY ON YOU, YOU ARE STILL STRONG ENOUGH TO
MAKE IT THROUGH. HOLD ONTO YOURSELF WITH KINDNESS AND LOVE
DURING THIS LONG SEASON OF STRANGENESS AND HURT AND LET GO OF
EVERYTHING THAT WEIGHS HEAVY ON YOUR HEART, THAT DOES NOT
ALLOW YOU TO BE WHO YOU ARE MEANT TO BECOME.

Write your own story with passion and determination. Success will find its way
to you!

Believe in your abilities and keep reaching for the stars.

Every challenge you face is an opportunity to learn and grow. Embrace them
with courage.

Your hard work and dedication are paying off. Keep up the excellent effort!
