● SCIENCE -The Teacher discussed the lesson about the Metamorphosis.

Day 2 JANUARY 19 2024

● CATCH UP FRIDAY -Maam Melanie only gives an activity for the Students about reading, and on the afternoon,
maam haves a recital poem on ESP.

Discussion method Ma'am Melanie uses discussion method in delivering the lessons to it's learner's.
Socratic method By combining discussion method, and applying Socratic method, the learner's have a great understanding
about the lesson that has an outcome of having a high results on their quiz.

JANUARY 19 2024
Since that this was a catch up Friday, maam Melanie only gives an activity to it's Students. All results are passed.
What strengths of the observed curriculum and instructional materials. Discuss how these strengths contribute to effective
teaching and student learning outcomes.
JANUARY 17 2024
The Teacher only uses books in discussing the lesson in SCIENCE and MATH because only few of it's Students have an
access to the books.
Somehow, having a few learning resources doesn't even bother the learners to notto listen. They used this opportunity to get
an effective learning, so they can get a high grades for the quizzes on Friday. They also raises their hand actively in action to
prove that they don't have books.

There are no discussion happened. Only activities to be done since that it was a catch up Friday.

Learner's are genuinely participating on the Teachers questions, proved that even they have a lack of resources like books for
education, they can still follow the lessons. By simply questioning the Teacher's back due to curiosity about the lessons, I can say
that the teaching was effective.

JANUARY 19 2024
The Students are having an activity for the catch up Friday. Accompanied by reading skills.

Based on this week’s observations and task accomplishment, how can you use your new learnings once you have become a
licensed teacher? Provide specific examples.
JANUARY 17 2024

On this days learning, I know that I still have more things to improve on my education journey. Ma'am always ensures all of its
learner's are learning from her before she will proceed to the new topic. Trough discussion method and Socratic method, learners
are more engaged to the lesson, and they can also possess HOTS on the early young age. If I use this strategy then I can also
caught up the attention of my Learner's, somehow I can also identify if we already need to proceed to the next lesson or still not.
