What Makes a Science Investigatory Project? Yes NO

1. Is the subject engaging enough to read about and research for a

few months?

2. Can you find at least five published sources with information on your topic?

3. Can you come up with means to measure your solution that is superior
than what is now used? It is preferable if you can quantify your progress in
terms of money saved or time saved, etc.

4. Can you create product or design a solution that is secure to

produce, consume, store, and discard?

5. Do you have all of the supplies and equipment you'll need for your
solution on hand, or will you be able to get them promptly and cheaply?

6. Do you have enough time to complete your design or solution before

the deadline? Don't forget to allot time for problem-solving and research.
