Minutes of the Teachers’ Meeting


The meeting started at 3:00 in the afternoon, February 12,2018 at the
Principal’s Office in Rizal Elementary School.

Agenda:
1. National Earthquake Drill
2. Dengvaxia Vaccine
3. Checking of Grade Sheet
4. Fraternity awareness
5. Pupil’s Checking of Attendance
Business of the Day:
1. Our principal disseminated to us that the schedule for the National
Earthquake Drill will be on Feb. 15, 2018.
2. He informed us that there will be all parent’s meeting whose children
was vaccinated with DENGVAXIA. It will be at the Rizal Covered Court on
Feb. 21, 2018.
3. He informed that he will be checking the Grade Sheet.
4. He tackled on the fraternity awareness, that we, as mentors should be
very vigilant with our schoolchildren.
5. He imposed on the strict checking of attendance with our pupils.

The meeting adjourned at 5:00 P.M.

Principal’s Office in Rizal Elementary School.

1. Election of Officers
2. Submission of Test Papers with Answer Key
3. Schedule of Activities for the month of March
4. Closing Program
Business of the Day:
1. Our principal informed our SPG Coordinator that there will be an
Election of Officers at Tajao Central School.
2. He required us to past test papers for the 4th quarter with
answer key on March 15-16, 2018.
3. These are the following Schedule of Activities for the Month of
March:
 Giving of Pointers to the Pupils (March 8, 2018)
 Grade Six Final Exam. (March 15-16, 2018)
 School checking of forms for the Kindergarten & Grade Six
(March 19, 2018)
 School checking of forms for Grades 1-V (March 20, 2018)
 District checking of forms for the Kindergarten & Grade Six
(March 21, 2018)
 District checking of forms for Grades 1-III (March 22, 2018)
 District checking of forms for Grades IV-V (March 23, 2018)
 Last Tree Planting Report (March 24, 2018)
 District last chance on checking of forms for the late (March
26, 2018)
 Report to school (March 27, 2018)
4. The Closing Program will be on April 6, 2018.

2. There will Saturday classes on the following dates:
March 17, 2018
March 24, 2018
March 31, 2018
3. The division checking will be on March 22, 2018 with the following
forms: Generated forms 1,4,5,6, card and form 137.
4. The PDMTC Assemby Meeting will be on March 24, 2018.
5. The DEPED Nite will be on April 30, 2018.
6. The schedule for the Brgy. & SK Election will be on April 25-27,2018.
