me in hand paid by MICHELLE DEE, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of
Mibang, Dipolog City the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge, have sold, transferred
and conveyed, as by these presents do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely
unto said MICHELLE DEE, her heirs, executors and assigns that certain Motor Vehicle
described above.

And further that the registration certificate for the said Motorcycle be transferred in the
name of MICHELLE DEE by virtue and in the manner provided by law.
