TENDER NOTICE

1. Sealed bids are invited for the provision of Committed Information Rate (CIR) Internet
Service of 24Mbps with 14 usable static public IP pool for the period of one year under
Single Stage Two Envelope method from Authorized Internet Service Providers registered
with income tax and sales tax department & KP Revenue Authority in sales tax on services.
2. Tender documents along with schedule of requirements can be collected from the office of
undersigned on any working day till closing date i.e. 2nd January 2019. The same can be
downloaded from the official website of KPRA i.e. www.kpra.gov.pk as well as KPPRA i.e.
www.kppra.gov.pk
3. Two percent (02%) Bid Security of the total bid cost must be accompanied with the tender
document in the shape of call deposit from scheduled bank of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the
favour of KPRA.
4. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 20th December 2018 at 11:00 AM in KPRA Office.
5. Sealed bids shall reach the office of the undersigned up to 11:30 AM on 2nd January 2019
and will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of Suppliers or their
authorized representatives who wishes to attend.
6. Any disfiguring / over writing, manipulation in the tender / BOQ shall be liable to rejection.
7. Incomplete / conditional bids shall not be acceptable.
8. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject anyone or all the tenders, the reason for
rejection shall be communicated to the Contractor / firm upon request.
