INSTRCUTION OF RESCUE BOAT RELEASE HOOK

1、概述 GENERAL

本吊钩装置满足：MSC.47(66)《1974 年国际海上人命安全公约
修正案》及 MSC.216(82)；MSC.48(66)《国际救生设备规则》及
MSC.218(82) ； MSC.81(70) 《 经 修 正 的 救 生 设 备 试 验 建 议 》 及
MSC.226(82)的要求。
This hook is conform to MSC.47 (66) ‘adoption of amendments to
the international convention for the safety of life at sea 1974’ &
MSC.216(82)；MSC.48 (66), ‘the international life-saving appliance code’
& MSC.218(82)；MSC.81 (70) ‘revised recommendation on testing of
life-saving appliance’ & MSC.226 (82).

本吊钩装置的安全工作负载 Safety Working Load： 15KN

2、用途 USED

用于救助艇的起吊及释放。
This hook is used for rescue boat.
3、吊钩操作 OPERATION

吊钩起吊：如(图 1) 1、抬起手柄到最高点；2、另一个手将吊

钩复位；3、松开手柄；4、插入销轴并保险。吊链可在第 2 步放入，

也可最后推进。即可起吊。

Hoist hanging hook: (See fig. 1) 1. Raise the handle to highest

position. 2. Reset the hook with other hand. 3. Let the handle down. 4.

Insert the locking shaft into the hole and locked. Put the chain into the

hook, then the hook can be hoisted.

吊钩释放。如(图 2) 1、拨出保险销轴；2、一手拉住拉杆端部，

另一手推尼龙管，使拉杆变硬，向上抬起手柄，即可释放吊钩。

Release: (See fig. 2), 1. Take out the locking shaft. 2. One hand pulls

the end of pushing unit; other hand pushes the nylon pipe, so it can be

used to raise the handle and the hook will be released automatic.

4、维护保养 MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRING

A. 定期检查吊各钩销轴及滚轮，螺栓连接牢固，可靠。

Periodically check the shafts, roller and screw. It should be reliable

and flexible.

B. 每隔三个月检查各销轴螺栓连接，无卡死现象，弹簧工作良

好。起吊和释放操作动作灵敏，可靠。

Every three months to check the shaft screw and spring. It should be

unlocked, and the spring works in good condition. Operate the hook; it

should be reliable and flexible.

C. 对有相对滑动的部分可加注润滑脂，可采用锂基润滑脂

(SY1413-80)。

The moving part such as shaft, sleeve and roller should be lubricated

by lithium-base grease (SY1413-80)

D. 每月定期检查滑动件，如发现零部件有磨损严重或弯曲，以

及弹簧达不到弹力要求时，应进行更换。

Periodically check the moving parts every month. And should

change them if some of them are wore, bent or the contractility of spring

can’t meet the requirement.
