Pareto analisys

We will perform a Pareto analysis for the project chosen at the beginning of the semester, which involves the
construction of a production and storage facility in Resita. This project is encountering difficulties in delivering
the expected results.

I've identified 8 issues hindering the delivery of expected results:

1. Unexpected additional costs


2. Poor quality of work
3. Inadequate communication
4. Inefficient resource management
5. Frequent changes in construction plans
6. Delays in delivery deadlines
7. Poor risk management
8. Lack of expertise

The diagram shows that where the cumulative graph undergoes a sudden change is the 80%
threshold. According to the Pareto chart we've made, we notice that problems 2, 3, and 6 are the
primary ones. By eliminating these three problems, which account for a total of 27%, we remove 80%
of the total problems encountered.
