SUBJECT: Spot Report re: Attempted Rape Resulted to death of the victim.

DATE: December 08, 2023

1. Please be informed that on or about 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of December 08, 2023 an
attempted rape resulted to death of the victim incident transpired at Ilang Ilang St. Buenavista 2
General Trias City, Cavite, wherein the victim was identified as Liezel Santos, 19 years old, resident of
the said place.

2. Initial investigation disclosed that while the victim was having a drinking spree with three (3) others at
the house of Justine Saquilayan located at the above-mentioned place. Moments later two of the
member of the group identified as Jerick Saludes 21 years old and Ermelito Penaflorida 22 years old
attempted to sexually assault the victim.

3. At this instance while in presence of the witness, the victim fought back to the two suspects while one
of the suspects grabbed the victim’s neck using his arm that strangled her causing her death. When the
two suspects noticed that the victim wasn’t breathing the two immediately fled leaving the victim and
the witness behind.
4. Witnessing the whole incident after the suspects ran away, Justine Saquilayan also immediately left
the house where he sees PLT. Fredovin Bolocon who happened was around the area and immediately
called the officer’s help and reports the incident.

5. Upon arriving in the scene, PLT. Fredovin Bolocon immediately check’s the victim’s pulse and was
pronounced dead.
