NARRATIVE REPORT IN EARLY ENROLMENT

School Year 2022-2023

I. Introduction
In reference to DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2023 entitled Amendment to DO No. 03, s. 2018
all schools are enjoined to conduct the Early Registration for the school year 2023-2024 from
May 10 to June 9, 2023.
The main objective of the program is to ensure that all pupils will be enrolled for the
upcoming school year and to address the possible problems and issues that may arise.

There was a pre-registration for the incoming Kinder and Grade 1, Grade 7 and Grade
11 pupils in all public elementary schools as mandated by the department.

We used media platforms like posting in school’s Facebook account and sending
messages thru messenger as part of our campaign and information dissemination about the early
enrolment.
E. Saulo Memorial School started accepting enrollees on the first day, May 10, 2023 for
incoming Kinder with the strict implementation of age cut-off as stipulated in DepEd Order No.
20, s. 2018 as well as the Grade 1 pupils. We used the Revised Basic Education Enrolment Form
(BEEF).
Our school principal, Mrs. Marietta G. Bonite, together with the school LIS coordinator,
Mrs. Estelita L. Putungan were enjoined to update the data in the Early Registration Facility in
the Learner Information System (LIS) using the school head account every 3:00 pm.

The teachers were grouped into four. Each group acted as focal persons to cater and
answer queries about the enrolment and also to accept enrollees. They were also tasked to update
the enrolment for the day.
