II-There is a strong increase in the number of Vietnamese people going abroad to
study or work and not wanting to return to their home country. What causes this?
What should be done to deal with this problem?

It is undeniable that the quality of physical facilities and educational platforms in


foreign countries is obviously improving compared to Vietnam. This situation
leads to an incredible rise in the occurrence of Vietnamese people who opt to study
or work in the other countries and decide not to return home. This essay will look
at the reasons for this situation and propose some solutions.
There are several causes for the increase in Vietnamese people not returning to
their home country. One main cause of this issue is that numerous individuals find
themselves facing limited openings and career prospects in Vietnam. For example,
more than 70% of people in Vietnam struggle to find work or make progress
toward their professional objectives, and they may suffer from a lack of
opportunities and career possibilities. This lack of professional growth and the
posterior desire for a more fulfilling career prompting them to explore various
potential paths for employment abroad. Furthermore, another significant reason is
many Vietnamese citizens also want to pursue better education background and
advanced technology. This phenomenon leading to Vietnamese individuals are
driven by a thirst for knowledge and a desire for quality education, frequently seek
educational institutions overseas that offer superior programs and openings. As a
result, these factors contribute to the rising trend of Vietnamese people choosing
not to return to their motherland.
There are a number of viable solutions to help tackle this problem. To begin with,
attracting foreign investment which can stimulate profitable growth and produce
further job openings for the local workforce. For example, attracting foreign
investment has proven to be highly effective in stimulating profitable growth, with
a reported 45% rise in employment opportunities for the local workforce.
Accordingly, it is not only increase employment rates but also bring in innovative
knowledge and technology that can advance industry as a whole. Additionally,
perfecting career prospects is inversely important to enhance educational openings.
For instance, expanding and diversifying educational programs and strengthening
collaboration with famed international institutions which can help address the
limited gaps and give scholars with exposing to global perspectives and practices.
As a result, it also makes the educational environment in the country increasingly
more and helps numerous scholars want to stay in their home country to study
rather than study abroad.
In conclusion, the rise in Vietnamese individuals studying or working abroad and
not returning to their home country is a complex issue influenced by factors like
economic opportunities, better education systems, and personal and professional
growth. To tackle this issue, Vietnam needs to implement a comprehensive
approach that promotes economic growth, enhances education and employment
quality, fosters innovation and entrepreneurship, and strengthens social support
systems. This will create a more attractive and competitive environment,
encouraging citizens to contribute to the nation's development and consider
returning home after overseas experience
