AC/DC Converter Secop will introduce an update to the 101N0510

Electronic Unit AC/DC converter electronic unit for our BD35F and
BD50F compressors. The unit was introduced in
101N0510 early 2016 and well received by the market.
Hardware and
Software Update
The update is implemented as part of the ongoing
improvement process at Secop.

Software change Improvements were made in the following areas:

switching between DC and AC, fan output, modbus
communication, and the robustness of the com-
pressor start under severe conditions.

Hardware change The PCB layout will remain unchanged. Minor com-
ponent adjustments have been made. Fig. AC/DC converter electronic unit 101N0510

Approvals Approval authorities at VDE and UL are informed

and the documentation has been updated accord-
ingly. No re-approval for the customer appliance is
required.

Timing of change The changes will be implemented into production

as a running change in Q3/2018. Existing material
will be delivered until used up.

Recognition of The new version can be identified on the 2D barcode

new version label on which the new product version 02 and soft-
ware (SW) version 01.26 is displayed. The table lists
the current and new versions.
