Dear Dr. Saleque, On behalf of the CGIAR and its Challenge Program for Water and Food (CPWF) we would be honored to have you attend the Training Course on Theory of Change. Dr. Boru Douthwaite, Innovation and Impact Director, CGIAR Challenge Program on Water and Food and his team will facilitate the training. The CGIAR has an international program working in countries of Asia and Africa called the Challenge Program on Water and Food (CPWF). Under this program in Bangladesh and India three CGIAR centers: IRRI, WorldFish, International Water Management Institute (IWMI) along with IWM (Institute of Water Modeling) are leading these research programs to address issues faced by the people of the southern districts in Bangladesh as they relate to salinity increases and climate change. The two days Training will take place on 29-30 October, 2011 at the Hotel Lake Castle, House 1A, Road 68/A, Gulshan-2, Dhaka from 9 am onwards. A detailed program of Training Course is attached.
