Subject: TMS Care Fair

Dear Students,

Mark your calendars for an unforgettable event – TMS Care Fair on Saturday, January
13th, 2024.

Our Care Fair is not just an ordinary event; it's a vibrant student-led initiative that
embodies our school's motto, 'We Choose to Care.' Even more remarkable, every penny
raised during this event will go to a charitable cause. It's truly heartwarming to witness
our students, guided by our dedicated teachers, come together to support this noble
mission.

We eagerly await your wholehearted participation and support in making this event a
grand success. Here are some important details to keep in mind:

1. Student’s School ID Card: It is mandatory for every student to wear his/ her
School ID Card in a manner that it is visible. Students will not be permitted
to enter the campus without a valid school ID card.
2. No School Buses: Please note that school buses will not be available on the day
of the TMS Care Fair. You'll need to arrange your own transportation. However,
if your ward is selected as a 'volunteer', school transport will be arranged
3. Dress to Impress: The dress code is 'smart casual.' Please ensure that your
ward's attire respects UAE culture and sensibilities.
4. Don't Forget Your ID: Remember to bring your ID, as it's your ticket
to enter the TMS Care Fair.
5. Be a Good Ambassador: We kindly request all students to be exemplary
ambassadors of the school. Let's ensure they exhibit impeccable behaviour
throughout the event.
6. Coupon System: All stall transactions will be in the form of coupons. You can
purchase these coupons with cash from the coupon counter.
7. Foodie Paradise: Food stall purchases will also require coupons.
8. Safety First: If you notice anything unusual during the Care Fair, please don't
hesitate to report it to a staff member at the venue.

 9. Medical Support: For any medical needs or emergencies, visit Stall #10, where
our school clinic will be open.
10. Bathroom Access: The school building will only be accessible for washroom
facilities.
11. Student Time: The TMS Care Fair is only for students of The Millennium
School.
12. Care Fair Conclusion: Students participating in the Care Fair can leave the
campus at 4:00 p.m.
