Function The National Content Supervisor is to support the Company in meeting its
objectives in a complaint responsible manner in procurement and contracting
areas. Carry out monitoring, evaluation and preparation of reports during the
implementation of National Content Plan.

Duties and  Prepare Project National Contents Execution Plan according the
Responsibilities national content commitments in the contract.
 Prepare statistical tables, collect all data and supporting documents of
national content and form reports.
 Prepare national content training plan and monitor the
implementation.
 Publicize and implement national content requirements
 Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications  Bachelor’s Degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Finance and
Law or Related Disciplines.
 At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in SCM, oil & gas industry,
banking, and accountancy preferably.
 Experience in procurement and contracting.
 Experience with interaction and management of suppliers or
contractors.
Skills and  Commercial experience, including contract negotiation &
Requirements management, pricing, tender preparation & Integration;
 Human Recourse management, public relation management,
administration.
 Extensive knowledge of local laws and rules of national contents
 requirement.
 Extensive knowledge of business management, planning and SCM.
 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and MS
Project etc.
