Why are streaming services so popular?

Streaming services have been gaining popularity during this last years. Some of this services
are Netflix, Diney + or Spotify.

In this Project we Will see what are this services and why they are so popular.

Streaming services are websites or apps that have a lot of content in the cloud so you can
access from anywhere and from any device.

One of the main reasons is because they are easy to use and they contain a lot of films and
music. You can choose between all of its titles without having to watch ads.

They are very cheap. For example, you can use Spotify for free or paying and it has a lot of
music in it. It’s much cheaper than buying CD’s. It is not as profitable for artists than buying
their music but they also win a smaller portion of money. It makes consuming this movies or
music much easier for a lower price.

They are also available in a lot of different devices and that makes them very dynamic and
portable.

Some big companies like Disney have been releasing titles exclusively for their streaming
service users. This is very comfortable for consumers because they don’t have to go to the
cinema and pay more to watch them.
