I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request permission to utilize the
basketball court at Palompon Civic Center (PCC), Palompon, Leyte for an upcoming
Intramural 2024 with the theme “Building the Spirit of Hope, Camaraderie and through
Excellence in Sports” organized by our school.

We are planning an intramural basketball tournament scheduled on January 31-February

2, 2024. The purpose of this event is to promote physical fitness, camaraderie, and
healthy competition among our students.

We assure you that we will adhere to all rules and regulations governing the use of court,
and we are committed to maintaining the premises in excellent condition throughout the
event.
