Guidelines for Assignments


Speaking Portfolio (10%)
Week Entry What to do
- After teacher launches the speaking entry, prepare and record the 1st version.
- Transcribe it into a Google document.
- Submit both the 1st recording and the document to the teacher to Google Drive folder. Teacher

will print your transcription and assign a partner to check your work.
- Use the pronunciation correction symbols and speaking checklist to check someone’s work

when required.
- After receiving feedback from your partner, prepare and record the 2nd version.
- Transcribe it into another Google document.

- Submit both the 2nd recording and the document to the teacher to Google Drive folder. Teacher
will check and mark your new work.

Writing Portfolio (10%)

- After teacher launches the writing entry, write the 1st draft in class into a Google document.
- Submit the 1st draft to Google Drive folder. Teacher will print your draft and assign a partner to
