Hiring Cum On-Boarding candidate Policy

Effective from 1st August 2023

Improving the recruitment and selection process remains a challenge. With the right recruitment planning

right hiring decision every time.

Selection to Joining Process

 Applicant screening
 Conducting interviews
 Pre-employment tests mandatory (these can awareness, and may include job knowledge
tests, personality tests, skills evaluation tests, or experience test etc.)
 If candidate is selected, offer letter issued to candidate. (2 Copies Singed copy is for HR
Records).
 Submission of all relevant documents (Aadhar card, Pan card, Voter id, PCC, Education
Certificates, Past employment record if any.
 Induction or Orientation about company, departments, colleges, etc.
 Joining Letter issued.
 Enrolling in Attendance Machine
 The day of Joining start.
