Pre-employment tests mandatory (these can awareness, and may include job knowledge
tests, personality tests, skills evaluation tests, or experience test etc.)
If candidate is selected, offer letter issued to candidate. (2 Copies Singed copy is for HR
Records).
Submission of all relevant documents (Aadhar card, Pan card, Voter id, PCC, Education
Certificates, Past employment record if any.
Induction or Orientation about company, departments, colleges, etc.
Joining Letter issued.
Enrolling in Attendance Machine
The day of Joining start.
