To Whom It May Concern,

This is to certify that during a meeting of the Board of Directors of Sydney in Sky held on January 19,
2024, the following resolution was duly adopted:

RESOLVED, THAT:

1. The company acknowledges the payment of a deposit amounting to Two Hundred Fifty
Thousand Pesos (P250,000.00) made to Angeles Electric Corporation as a security for the
electric service provided to Sydney in Sky.

2. The electric service account with Angeles Electric Corporation has been closed, and all
outstanding obligations have been settled. It is hereby approved that the deposit amount of
Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P250,000.00) be refunded to Sydney in Sky.

FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT:

1. Jobel Krez G. Taban, the Secretary of Sydney in Sky, is hereby authorized and directed to
communicate with Angeles Electric Corporation to facilitate the prompt refund of the
deposit.

2. Jobel Krez G. Taban is authorized to provide any documentation or information necessary to

facilitate the refund process.

3. The refund cheque payment deposit, amounting to Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos
(P250,000.00), shall be issued and made payable to the order of Jobel Krez G. Taban, the
Corporate Secretary of Sydney in Sky.

This Secretary Certificate is issued in accordance with the minutes of the said meeting and for the
purpose of requesting the refund of the deposit on behalf of Sydney in Sky.
