I. OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the discussion, the learners will be able to able to.
 Discuss the eternal factors influencing career choices that may help in career decision making.
 Identify pros and cons of various career options with the guidance of parent, teacher, or counselor.
 Prepare a career plan based on his/her personal goal and external factors influencing career choices.

II. SUBJECT MATTER:

Quarter 2 - Module 13: Career Pathways
c. Materials : Laptop, Television, marker.
d. Strategies/ Methods Used : Lecture Based, Game based learning.

III. PROCEDURE:

A. Preparatory/Routinely Activities:

 Prayer
 Checking of attendance
 Checking and passing of assignments
 Setting of Standards
 Review
 The teacher will ask the students some questions.
 The teacher will introduce to the class the objectives of the lesson.
 Motivation/Introducing Activity
 The teacher will show a short video presentation about how people is being influenced by different
factors.
B. Activity (Engage)
 The students will write down what are their dreams.

C. Analysis (Explore)
 The students will share one of the influences discussed what they find the most influential to their
age.

D. Abstraction (Explain)
 The students will list down all the factors that could affect them to pursue their dream.

E. Application (Extend)
 The students will draw / paint what is their future goals or dream.
