INSTAGRAM → We decided to create an Instagram profile, where we will publicate

photos about the different activities and what we will do in the day. In this way,
families will be able to follow what their children are doing, and they can contact
those responsible for any doubt.

FLYER → We will distribute it to schools, kindergarten and centers where children

met.

POSTER → We will find them in the streets of Blanes, and in the parks, because
parks are places where children and families usually gather, and it’s an easy way to
reach families.

MOUTH TO MOUTH → It is based on the credibility and trust that people have in
each other, because when someone receives information of a person who trust,
there is more probability to accept and share,

RADIO ANNOUNCEMENT → We can find a small diffusion of the Esplai, we will

record an announcement to diffuse de project. This will be in Catalan and English to
arrive more public.

Avaluació de les activitats x monitors (PAULA)

Contrastant amb la informació que vam obtenir observant, l’avaluació dels infants i
l’enquesta realitzada per la tutora podem dir que els infants van estar molt atents i,
l’ambientació del teatre creat va agradar molt i mantenia els infants atents a què
passarà. Les taules que els monitors/es de l’esplai Tuki-Tuki utilitzarem serà
personalitzada per a cada activitat com són les següents (explicar una mica
l’avaluació de cada activitat). Aquestes taules les hauran de fer els tres grups (I3, I4 i
I5) abans de la reunió que es fa cada dissabte al moment de finalitzar l’esplai. En
aquest moment serà quan avaluem cada grup les activitats i les posem en comú. A
més, totes aquestes taules d’avaluació aniran arxivades en una carpeta que tindrà
cada grup de monitors/es per poder fer-les servir i mirar-les quan ho necessitin.
