MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

COMES NOW, undersigned Oppositor by himself and unto this most Honorable Court.

That the hearing for tomorrow is the scheduled cross examination of the witnesses presented by
petitioner;

That herein oppositor have not yet affixed his signature to the motion of the witnesses
presented by petitioner;

That herein oppositor have not yet affixed his signature to the motion for withdrawal of his
previous counsel that came as a surprise to herein oppositor;

That herein oppositor had already engaged another counsel however she has two engagement
prior to her retention that she cannot appear in court on the same day;

That this motion is not intended to delay the proceedings but only to allow the introduction of a
new counsel and for (reasons).

Prayer

IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING PREMISES, herein Oppositor moves for the resetting of the cross
examination of the witnesses to another date most convenient to the Honorable Court.

All other relief just and equitable under the premises are also prayed for.
