Please find below the quotation you have requested. If you agree, return this document
duly signed in approval and acceptance, or advise us of the changes you may deem
appropriate.

CONDITIONS
This quote is valid for fifteen days from the date of issue.

The following will not be covered in this quotation: any ítems, work, and ammendments
or additions requested by the client as well as any contingencies arising during the
prevition of services and final cleaning.

ADA PROYECTOS ARQUITECTURA Y DISEÑO sl, do not accept any liability for incidents
in the following cases:

A. If Customer has been warned about some risk, and yet gives assent.
B. Result of faults in home construction.

It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain the necessary permits and licenses
(Town Hall, regional, national governents, community administrations). Similarly,
compliance with legal requirements before undertaking installation of gas,
electricity, etc.

The dates are approximate.

Commencement of project would depend on all necessary licences being obtained.
Project completion deadline can also vary due to unforseen deficiencies in the
original building work or in case of possible extensions or modifications by the
client.

ADA PROYECTOS ARQUITECTURA Y DISEÑ O sl guarantees work and installations for

two years after its completion. Appliances and other items shall conform to the
warranty specified by the supplier in question.

Acceptance of the quotation by the customer implies conformity to the

transactions that are made to enforce amount.

The client is legally obliged to receive an invoice for any transaction exceeding
3000 € , and would agree to provide all necessary information to this end.

This quotation substitutes any other quotation of a previous date.
