Hereinafter called the OUTGOING HASBAND SECOND PARTY of the other party
The terms parties shall de deemed to mean and include themselves their, heirs,
executors, legal representatives, successors, administrations, and assigns.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS the parties are sunni Muslims, governed by the Islamic rites and
customs, their marriage was solemnized on 26-06-2004 at JOHN MARKET MASJIC
Bangalore, marriage was consummated with uppaid mahr amount, and the first
party hereby waives the said mahr amount and whereas out of wedlock first
party gave birth to two issue viz
Who are under the permanent custody of mother/first party hitherto and shall be
under the permanent custody of mother first party to which
husband/father/second party have no objection.
WHEREAS the parties are living separately since 3 years and continue to live
seperrately for ever and not interested to reunite themselves, all the efforts made
by the elders who are witnesses to reunite parties proved futile.
1] That the marriage dt 26-06-2004 between the parties is ceased for ever. And
second party admits khulanama from first party as sought for hereif
2] That no complaint suit, petition, plea, application is lodged against each other
in any court of law, hitherto in any manner whatsoever, purposes and shall not
filed be filed at any time infuture.
3] the parties are strangers from the date hereto and shall not interfere in to
each other affairs,

6] The second party/ father hereby waives his rights upon the said children and
undertake not to claim back the custody of the said children at any time infure
7] That the first party is not pregnant though physical relationship of second
party out of the wedlock dt 26-05-2004
8] The first party hereby waives the said mahr amount and undertake not to
demand claim alimony maintence, damages whatsoever from second party either
for herself and/or on behalf of said children at any time in future fron second in
party respect of ceased marriage dt 26-08-2004
