Entry to this event is by eticket so please bring this eticket w ith you w hen you come along to the venue. It is your
responsibility to keep this eticket in a saf e place as you w ould money or regular tickets. If this eticket is copied, it will
be invalidated by the venue’s security system preventing entry to the event.

If an Event is cancelled, your booking w ill be ref unded in f ull, less any ref und f ees that may be due, delivery f ees or
telephone service f ees. If details of the Event are signif icantly changed af ter a booking is placed - signif icant changes
being a change of headline act (concerts only) - or if an Event is moved f rom its advertised venue or the date is changed,
tickets already purchased may remain valid should you w ish to attend the revised Event. If not, your booking w ill be
ref unded in f ull less any f ees stated above. Some Event Organisers w ill explicitly stipulate that cancellation due to
w eather, act of God or any other unavoidable eventuality w ill not result in a ref und. If such terms w ere applied w hen the
booking w as made they shall prevail over the standard Terms and Conditions above, meaning that no ref und w ill be due.
Tickets cannot be exchanged, ref unded or replaced if lost as the varying exchange and ref und policies set f orth by
individual Event Organisers prohibit TicketSource f rom doing so. Under circumstances w here an exchange or ref und is
desired, you should contact the Event Organiser directly as they may, at their discretion, agree to your w ishes.
TicketSource w ill under no circumstances be responsible f or any remedy f or inconvenience, consequential expenses

Last minute ticket sales:- After telephone sales have finished for any particular performance, please advise
customers that tickets will be avaiable on the door from 6.45pm on performance days.
Wheel Chairs:- There are dedicated spaces for wheel chairs
