1. Change Domain From ‘CHAR15’ To ‘CHAR16’ for Data
Element ‘PID_TAXID’.
Step 1: Go to T-code SE11.
Step 2: Type in data type name ‘PID_TAXID’.
Step 3: Click on button ‘Change’.

Step 4: Delete the Domain ‘CHAR15’.


Step 5: Input Domain name ‘CHAR16’.

Step 6: Click on the ‘Activate’ button to active the data element.


2. Create Data Element ‘PID_TXID4’.
Step 1: Go to T-code SE11.
Step 2: Type in data type name ‘PID_TXID4’.
Step 3: Click on button ‘Create’.

Step 4: Input the value for the data element ‘PID_TXID4’.


Step 5: Input Domain name ‘CHAR16’.
Step 6: Click on the ‘Activate’ button to active the data element.

3. Change Screen Table ‘Q0241’ To Add Component


‘TXID4’.
Step 1: Go to T-code SE11.
Step 2: Type in Database table name ‘Q0241’.
Step 3: Click on button ‘Change’.

Step 4: Click on button ‘Insert Row’ to add a new record in table Q0241 .

Step 5: Input the value as below.


Step 6: Click on the ‘Activate’ button to active the structure.

4. Change Table ‘T7ID02’ Activate.


Step 1: Go to T-code SE11.
Step 2: Type in Database table name ‘T7ID02’.
Step 3: Click on button ‘Change’.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Activate’ button to active the transparent table.

5. Change Screen “IT0241”


Step 1: Go to T-code SE24.
Step 2: Type in program name ‘mp024100’ and screen number ‘2000’.
Step 3: Click on button ‘Change’.

Step 4: Click on button ‘Layout’.


Step 5: In the Screen Painter, delete previous three field for Personal Tax Id and Company Tax
Id. And then add the one field ‘Q0241-TXID4’ for Personal Tax Id and ‘*Q0241-TXID4’ for
‘Company Tax Id’.

‘*Q0241-TXID4’ for ‘Company Tax Id’.


Step 6: Save and Activate the Screen Painter:
6. Change Screen Structure ‘HCMT_BSP_PA_ID_R0241’ To
Add Component ‘TXID401’ And ‘TXID402’.
Step 1: Go to T-code SE11.
Step 2: Type in Database table name ‘HCMT_BSP_PA_ID_R0241’.
Step 3: Click on button ‘Change’.

Step 4: Click on button ‘Insert Row’ to add a new record in structure


‘HCMT_BSP_PA_ID_R0241’.

Step 5: Input the value as below.


Step 6: Click on the ‘Activate’ button to active the structure.
