AN ACT AMENDING REPU BLIC ACT NO. 10807 OR

AN ACT DECLARING A WORKING HOLIDAY AND
NO CLASS DAY IN SCHOOLS IN THE CITY OF
PARANAQUE, METRO MANILA IN COMMEMORATION
OF ITS FOUNDATION DAY ANNIVERSARY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the

Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section l. Section 1 of Republic Act No. 10807 is hereby

amended:

“S ection l. February 13 of every year is

declared a special working holiday and no class day
in schools in the City of Parahaque, Metro Manila in
 commemoration of its foundation day anniversary.
Upon proclamation of the President, February 13 of
every year shall be a special nonworking hohday in
the City of Paranaque.”

was passed by the House of Representatives on September 10,
2018, amended by the Senate of the Phihppines on June 3,
