● We will ensure that your advertisement sticker will be placed on cars newer than 2000 models.

● Our drivers with your advertisement sticker are committed to riding daily 100 KM and 2000 KM
Monthly during the campaign.

● All cars with your advertisement sticker will ride for Rideshare and rent a car vehicle.

● We will provide you with a real-time monitoring dashboard and app where you can track and
analyze your campaign.

● If any scratch happens on the wrap sticker we are committed to change at our own cost.

● If any placed advertiser car falls into an accident then we will replace the Advertisement sticker
into another car.

● Legal permission from the proper authority to place ads on vehicles and Its procurements will be
provided by us.

THIS QUOTATION IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. All prices mentioned above are in BDT, including VAT 5%.

2. 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance to start the campaign and the rest of the
amount must be paid in two equal installments.

3. Monthly charges must be paid after every month within 5 working days. The month count will be
started after successfully launching the campaign.

4. All payments should be paid in cash or Bank account transfer cheque to “Sticker Driver”’s parent
company “Adeffi Limited”.

5. We required a minimum of 3-4 weeks from the work order date to Start the Campaign Advertiser
and Sticker Driver will mutually design the Wrap Artwork.

6. Extra charges (Half of Installation Charge) will be required for changing sticker wrap as advertiser
concern between ongoing campaign duration.

7. All kinds of Legal Issues including advertisement permission from City Corporations, and if there
are any other regulatory issues arise during the campaign regarding advertisement and its
placement on the Ridesharing Car then, that will be handled by Adeffi Limited and its product
Sticker Driver.

TVS Auto Bangladesh Ltd. will take no responsibility for any kind of legal and regulatory issues.
