3. Learning Resources Multimedia, Video Clips, Power point presentation, Internet, Pictures, Books.
4. Procedures
4.1 Introductory Activity Setting the mode of the learner.
( 5 minutes) Video Clips on the common injuries in aquatics.

4.2 Activity Divide the students into 3 groups. Given some of the common injuries in
(5 minutes) aquatics such as (fracture, sprain, cramp), each group will discuss on the
safety protocol of the sample injury assigned, to be presented to the class.
4.3 Analysis Open Ended Discussions
(10 minutes)

4.4 Abstraction Wrapping up
(10 minutes) The teacher discusses and processes thoroughly the outputs of the students.
4.5 Application Tough Model
( 10 minutes) In your group make a one act play that portrays on the safety protocol of the
sample injury assigned.
4.6 Assessment (18 minutes) Formative assessment based on their outputs with the use of the following
