We are pleased to make an offer to you for the position of Area Head in our Operation Department with Arohan
Financial Services Ltd, based at Madhya Pradesh.

Please note:-
1. The position carries a fixed remuneration of INR 301412/- and a maximum possible performance based bonus of
INR 168000/ - totaling a CTC of INR 469412/-
2. You will be working on probation for a period of 6 Months.
3. Your notice period with the company will be 30 days during probation period and 90 days post completion of
probation period.
4. The company may terminate your services by giving you the above notice period in case of non-performance;
misbehave act or any fraudulent act.
5. In the event of your resignation or termination of services, you have to give the above mentioned notice period or
salary in lieu thereof.

Terms & Conditions:-

This offer of employment will be valid till 17th Jan 2024.

You are requested to join the organization on 20 th Jan 2024 and provide your resignation acceptance letter by the
above said date.

In case you do not communicate your acceptance of the offer on date mentioned above or do not join duties on the
date informed to you , the offer contained in this letter shall stand automatically cancelled , unless specifically
extended by the Company in writing.
You will refrain from divulging in any manner, any information pertaining to the offer to any outside persons or
organizations.

Please refer to the Annexure for complete salary details. All other terms and condition will be mentioned in detail in your
Appointment Letter
