1. What is the HP Product Catalog?

The HP Product Catalog is the integrated HP product experience within the HP Partner Portal.

2. What does the HP Product Catalog offer?

The HP Product Catalog offers access to all product information in one place: the HP Partner Portal.

3. Who has access to the HP Product Catalog?

All partners that have access to the HP Partner Portal can access the HP Product Catalog. To register to use the HP
Partner Portal, please go to the HP Partner Portal log in page, scroll down to click Register, and follow the steps.

4. How do I access the HP Product Catalog?

After logging in to the HP Partner Portal, navigate to Product Catalog and chose the product type you are interested in.

5. How does the HP Product Catalog improve my portal experience?

The Product Catalog offers:
• Easy access to integrated product information in the HP Partner Portal (via the Product Catalog)
• Automatically refreshed information (product content refreshes several times per day)
• Improved search and filtering options
• Enhanced user experience design

6. How can I access product documentation from the HP Product Catalog?

After logging in to the HP Partner Portal, navigate to Products >Product Catalog Tools >Product Catalog Overview to
explore the supporting documentation.

7. What country catalog will I see when accessing the HP Product Catalog?
You will see the Product Catalog specific for the country in your portal profile.

8. Can I access multiple country catalogs?

This option will be introduced later in 2024.

9. Can I search any product type using Global Portal Search or Product Catalog Search?
Yes, you can search by product number or name using Global Portal Search or Product Catalog Search, available from
any Product Catalog page.
