Good day ma’am, I am writing to request a leave of absence from work on March 8-
10, 2023 to attend my graduation ceremony at Philippine Cristian University in 1648
Taft Avenue, Corner Pedro Gil Street, Manila. I will be receiving my Master’s Degree
in Filipino and it is a significant achievement for me.

I understand the importance of my work responsibilities and I have made all

necessary arrangements to ensure that my work will not be impacted during my
absence. I have informed my Student Teachers assigned in me and my colleagues
and arranged for any necessary handovers to ensure that all tasks are completed
before my departure.

I will be available to attend to any urgent matters before my departure and will be
reachable during my absence in case of any emergencies.

Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter. I look forward to
returning to work and continuing to contribute to the success of our school.
