N This Data Sheet contains the following sheets

N Only enter data in unlocked cells. The writing will appear blue.
, The exception is text boxes where the default is black.
Also you can change the fonts and sizes in text boxes.

N Enter the following data in the boxes provided

N If extra sheets are needed you can copy an existing sheet.

, From the same Excel file
3 Click on the sheet tab of the Data Sheet you wish to copy.
3 From the Edit Menu choose "Move or Copy Sheet".
3 Check the "Create a Copy" box.
3 Choose which sheet you would like the new data sheet to precede, from the "Before Sheet" box.
(NOT THE DATA SHEET YOU WISH TO COPY)
3 Click OK.
3 The newly added Data Sheet will open up on the screen for you.

, From a different Excel file

3 Open up the file you wish to copy to.
3 Open up the file you wish to copy a sheet from.
3 Click on the sheet tab of the Data Sheet you wish to copy.
3 From the Edit Menu choose "Move or Copy Sheet".
3 Check the "Create a Copy" box.
3 Choose the file you wish to copy to from the "To Book" box.
3 Choose which sheet you would like the new data sheet to precede, from the "Before Sheet" box.
(NOT THE DATA SHEET YOU WISH TO COPY)
3 Click OK.
3 The newly added Data Sheet will open up on the screen for you.
3 Go to the Tools Menu and select Protection and Unprotect Sheet.
3 For the title box data (project title, project number, equipment number, document number, revision)
enter the cell with the data and delete the file name from the formula, leaving
only the word instruction and the cell number. (eg =INSTRUCTION!$A$27 )
3 Go to the Tools Menu and select Protection and Protect Sheet.
3 Press Ctrl-F6 to switch to the file you copied the sheet from. Close this file.
3 You will now be back in the file you were working with.

N If a miscellaneous sheet is required a copy can be obtained from the General Data Sheet (pdsgener.xls).
, Follow the instructions above for copying from a different Excel file.
N When Complete
, Delete any sheets that have not been used.
, Update sheet numbers to reflect the new number of pages.

N To Print
, While holding down the Control Key press the sheet tabs of the data sheets you wish to print.
, Press the Print button.

, Note the printing margins are set for the standard Orica printer (HP Laserjet 4000TN)
For other printers the margins may need to be adjusted.

N Delete "NOT ISSUED" from the document header when data sheet is ready for issue.
, While holding down the Control Key press the sheet tabs of the all Data Sheets you wish to issue.
, From the FILE menu select PAGE SETUP.
, Click on the Header/Footer Tab.
, From the header drop down box choose none.
, Click OK.

N If needed, units and all the other data on the Data Sheet can be altered by unprotecting the Data Sheet.
