Build Notes

1. Make sure your ingredients are ready to go next to you, so you do not have to look for
things in the middle of cocktail building

2. Take Boston glass, add ice, then Lemon juice, simple syrup, ouzo, and gin

3. Fill a Collins glass with ice and add Splash of Sprite and soda to bottom
4. Shake and strain cocktail into collins glass

5. Float Grenadine on top of cocktail

6. Garnish with Lemon wheel and basil
