My weekly plan is developmentally appropriate for kids between the

age of 4 and 5. I plan to have new themes for each week so they
can have enthusiasm when coming to school.
Enjoying the class so they don't get tired of repetitive activities or
themes. Having the opportunity to take time to learn by focusing on
the necessary areas. I plan to have a weekly letter color, number,
and shape so they can discover new things. This is appropriate to
help kids that have difficulty learning, like new language learners or
special needs that require extra time to learn. Handicapped kids will
have all the accommodations available. They will be part of each
activity and successfully learn and experience.

Mi plan semanal es apropiado para el desarrollo de niños de 4 y
5 años de edad. Estableceré un nuevo tema cada semana para
que tengan entusiasmo cuando lleguen a la escuela. Disfruten la
clase y así no se cansen de tener actividades o temas repetitivos.
Teniendo la oportunidad de tomar tiempo en aprender

My teaching practice meets this standard note because it is a great example of how I
learn. Also being bilingual and knowing how kids that do not know English are these things
are great for them. Having a schedule of all these things is a great way to help every kid and
also show the parents so they can feel good or comfortable with what their kid is doing.

I choose Hempfield Elementary breakfast and lunch. I did not design the menu. Some
strength is that the menu is very diverse. Kids will be enthusiastic to eat it. Also, something
important is that they have 2 choices: if they do not want to eat the first option they can still
eat something. Another thing is that for lunch they have desserts which are very important
because that is going to make them want to eat lunch. Hempfield provides vegetables, fruits,
and milk every day which is good for them. The negative about it is that it is very hard to look
at or find. Also is not a multicultural meal. Is not creative or easy to read. Something good is
that they have a theme for the month which is very appropriate to have in an elementary
school.

The environment of the room is very important. That helps them to learn and have an
interest. In my personal opinion, the environment determines if I’m going to learn and how
fast it could be. Children should learn in a spot where there are no distractions, near each
other, close to a door or a window, bathroom where they can be distracted. Wanting to learn,
before physical activity and at the correct time. Some kids have personal preferences so as
a teacher you should ask them or observe what works for them so they can achieve the goal.
The room is not designed the way I think is the best because the tables are near the door
and bathroom. I would make the learning place out of distractions. I would relocate the room.
For example the learning or teaching spot I would put it in a corner. It can be near the
science, library, and small manipulated spots. Kids should be facing something out of
distraction avoiding them to look when someone enters or passes by. This could be a wall,
board, or the teacher's spot. For new language learners, it will be difficult to learn here.
Lastly, I will add pictures so they can learn more new vocabulary.

My weekly plan reflects my philosophy of what young children need on a weekly basis
because it allows them to have different experiences. Also, it helps their physical,
intellectual, emotional, and social skills. This plan was designed by me. I believe kids should
have something different every day. Also, it has the same time for each activity which will
help them follow it. For English language learners, it is good for them to follow. Each activity
will promote the learning process. Lastly, all their basic basics are in the calendar.

Mi práctica cumple con esta nota estándar porque es un gran ejemplo de cómo aprendo.
También ser bilingüe y saber cómo son los niños que no saben inglés, estas cosas son
geniales para ellos. Tener un horario de todas estas cosas es una excelente manera de
ayudar a todos los niños y también mostrar a los padres para que se sientan bien o
cómodos con lo que está haciendo su hijo.

muy importantes porque eso les va a dar ganas de almorzar. Hempfield proporciona

que es muy difícil de mirar o encontrar. Tampoco es una comida multicultural. No es creativo
ni fácil de leer. Algo bueno es que tienen un tema para el mes que es muy apropiado para
tener en una escuela primaria.

El ambiente de la habitación es muy importante. Eso les ayuda a aprender y tener interés.
En mi opinión personal, el entorno determina si voy a aprender y qué tan rápido podría ser.
Los niños deben aprender en un lugar donde no haya distracciones, cerca unos de otros,
cerca de una puerta o una ventana, en un baño donde puedan distraerse. Querer aprender,
antes de la actividad física y en el momento adecuado. Algunos niños tienen preferencias
personales, por lo que, como maestro, debe preguntarles u observar qué funciona para ellos
para que puedan lograr la meta. La habitación no está diseñada de la manera que creo que
es la mejor porque las mesas están cerca de la puerta y el baño. Haría el lugar de
aprendizaje de las distracciones. Movería el salón de posición. Por ejemplo, el lugar de
aprendizaje o enseñanza lo pondría en una esquina. Puede estar cerca de la ciencia, la
biblioteca y pequeños lugares manipulados. Los niños deben estar frente a algo por
distracción evitando que miren cuando alguien entra o pasa. Esto podría ser una pared, un

My teaching practices meet this Standard because it is the best lesson for
kids.This helps them accomplish the areas that they need. I also believe it is the
best way for kids to succeed. All this learning experience meets the expectations
hat a kid should have.

One of my learning experiences I made was Gross motor. This lesson reflects
on my philosophy because it helps kids with their movement and their body. This
activity creates their energy and helps with their feet. This supports young
children's physical development because they will jump or walk in a pattern.

The next learning experience that I made was a science lesson plan. This
esson reflects on my philosophy because I believe kids learn by watching and
discovering. This activity helps with their thinking and processing. This is good for
heir cognitive development because it is related to their brain. While they look
and discover their brain, can memorize and expand.

My next experience I chose was creative art. This activity experience reflects on
my philosophy of how to support young children's creative development because
hey will create art with different colors. At that age they began to know the colors
so this is a great activity for them. They will be creative trying to make a colorful
ainbow.

Some ways to promote communication between children is to do social activities

ke I did. This activity will make them talk to each other and share ideas. While
doing this activity their language or vocabulary will expand and they will use new
vocabulary between each other. This is a great activity for the new language
earner because they need to talk and feel secure talking.
Having pictures and new vocabulary will progress their communication and
earning process.

creo que es la mejor manera para que los niños tengan éxito. Toda esta

Una de mis experiencias de aprendizaje que realicé fue Motricidad gruesa. Esta
ección refleja mi filosofía porque ayuda a los niños con su movimiento y su
cuerpo. Esta actividad crea energía y ayuda con sus pies. Esto apoya el
desarrollo físico de los niños pequeños porque saltarán o caminarán siguiendo
un patrón.

La siguiente experiencia de aprendizaje que hice fue un plan de lección de

ciencias. Esta lección refleja mi filosofía porque creo que los niños aprenden
observando y descubriendo. Esta actividad ayuda con su pensamiento y
procesamiento. Esto es bueno para su desarrollo cognitivo porque está
elacionado con su cerebro. Mientras miran y descubren su cerebro, memoriza y
amplian.

Mi siguiente experiencia que elegí fue el arte creativo. Esta experiencia de

actividad refleja mi filosofía de cómo apoyar el desarrollo creativo de los niños
pequeños porque crearán arte con diferentes colores. A esa edad empezaron a
conocer los colores por lo que esta es una gran actividad para ellos. Serán
creativos tratando de hacer un arcoíris de colores.

Algunas formas de promover la comunicación entre los niños es hacer

actividades sociales como lo hice yo. Esta actividad hará que hablen entre ellos y
compartan ideas. Mientras hacen esta actividad, su lenguaje o vocabulario se
expandirá y usarán nuevo vocabulario entre ellos. Esta es una gran actividad
para los nuevos estudiantes de idiomas porque necesitan hablar y sentirse
seguros hablando. Tener imágenes y vocabulario nuevo hará avanzar su proceso
de comunicación y aprendizaje.

My teaching practices meet this Standard Note because this way I believe
is the key to success, It has helped a lot of teachers. These tools are
impronta to follow because sometimes a kid does not behave correctly but it
can be because of us. We should reflect on ourselves and find ways to help
a kid have a good learning day. What negative things happen that can be
fixed in our classroom.

I believe that self concepts and social emotional skills are very important
for kids. It's something that the kids should have. Teachers should promote
a positive environment for them and look forward to helping the kids. I
support the development of children's positive self-concepts because they
should love themselves and also have a good way to look at themselves.
This can affect their learning. Some ways I could help them accomplish a
positive self concept is creating activity where they promote love, where
they look at themselves and look at things. Lastly, to help the kids grow in
their social and emotional skills I would have them share how they feel talk
with their classmates, creating strategies for kids to talk and socialize.

My philosophy of guiding young children's positive behaviors is to make

self reflection also make a reward or prize for them. Another thing is
preparing lesson plans or activities so they learn how they should behave.
This philosophy is different from the way I grew up because they did not
use those strategies; they were very strict and not flexible. The way they
used to guide a kid was very hard. I believe that we have days that we do
not feel well. I would make them feel comfortable sharing how they feel with
me so I can help them. I could make a peace place where they can exit the
activity and independently reduce their stress. This place will have games
that distract their brain and also a mirror and positive notes.
Lastly the key is love, treating them with love and patience.

esta manera es la clave del éxito, ha ayudado a muchos maestros.
Estas herramientas son impronta a seguir porque a veces un niño no se
comporta correctamente pero puede ser por nuestra culpa. Debemos
reflexionar sobre nosotros mismos y encontrar formas de ayudar a un niño a
tener un buen día de aprendizaje. Qué cosas negativas suceden que se
pueden arreglar en nuestro salón de clases.

Creo que los conceptos de uno mismo y las habilidades sociales y

emocionales son muy importantes para los niños. Es algo que los niños
deberían tener. Los maestros deben promover un ambiente positivo para ellos y
esperar ayudar a los niños. Apoyo el desarrollo de autoconceptos positivos de
los niños porque deben amarse a sí mismos y también tener una buena manera
de mirarse a sí mismos. Esto puede afectar su aprendizaje. Algunas formas en

nos sentimos bien. Los haría sentir cómodos compartiendo cómo se sienten
conmigo para que pueda ayudarlos. Podría crear un lugar de paz donde
puedan salir de la actividad y reducir su estrés de forma independiente. Este
lugar tendrá juegos que distraigan su cerebro y también un espejo y notas
positivas. Por último la clave es el amor, tratándolos con amor y paciencia.

My teaching practices meet this Standard because I had good reviews

about my performance. I always do my best to complete and make good
ways to help children. I ensure that families are kept aware of what's
happening in their child's daily/weekly life in your program by giving them
stuff that they did send home. Also asking the children's questions about
the class and that way they can share it with their parents. Also when
dismissal, give a resume of what they do and tell the parents the schedule.

I ensure that I am aware of what's happening in each child's homelife by

asking them questions. Making sure how they feel and what they like.
Interacting with them and the parents. This awareness directs my teaching
practice because that way I know what their needs are. Also what things I
need to rearrange or make it better. How to improve their learning and be a
successful student.

The feedback that I received in the family questionnaire was awesome.

They were rated high. This questionnaire was made by people who had
seen me teach. The questionnaire shows me that I am doing well. I believe
that I can still improve and make things helpful.I believe that I had good
feedback but in my opinion I can make things even better.

sobre mi desempeño. Siempre hago mi mejor esfuerzo para cumplir y hacer buenas
maneras de ayudar a los niños. Me aseguro de que las familias se mantengan al
tanto de lo que sucede en la vida diaria/semanal de sus hijos en su programa
dándoles cosas que enviaron a casa. También haciendo las preguntas de los niños
sobre la clase y de esa manera puedan compartirlo con sus padres. También a la
hora de la salida, dar un resumen de lo que hacen y decirles a los
padres el horario.

Me aseguro de estar al tanto de lo que sucede en la vida hogareña de cada niño

porque así sé cuáles son sus necesidades.

Los comentarios que recibí en el cuestionario familiar fueron increíbles. Fueron

calificados alto.Este cuestionario fue hecho por personas que me habían visto
enseñar. El cuestionario me muestra que lo estoy haciendo bien. Creo que todavía
puedo mejorar y hacer que las cosas sean útiles. Creo que tuve buenos comentarios,
pero en mi opinión puedo hacer las cosas aún mejor.

My teaching practices meet this Standard because I always try to help in any area.
Always been aware that things could happen and how to overcome it. I used the
observation tool/form that I included in the Resource Collection (RC V) when an accident or
something happens. It is good to always have them in case of. Keep us prepared and ready
for any circumstances.Also if the child has a medical condition know how to help them.

Observation and documentation are important parts of program management because it

keeps records and manages very well in case of emergencies. Keep us prepared and ready
to manage anything safely. The observation helps us reduce incidents and limits
distractions. The documentation helps us to have everything needed in case of an
emergency. I ensure that I am accurately / objectively observing and tracking each child's
developmental and learning progress. The progress that a kid has is something that I
always try to look at. Also their development of their learning is essential because we need
to see if they are learning appropriately or by the correct age.

My professional practices meet this Standard because I have been a

good example. Always doing whatever someone asks. The places I go to
always have something positive to say. The place that I have got
experience can say the same and the standards confirm that I follow them.

I chose to become an early childhood professional because that's

something that I like. I love kids and want to help them grow and learn. I
want to model the good examples and be the one who teaches them.
Education is a great profession because it is the key to success. Everyone
needs to be educated and this early age is the most important. Their
thinking, reasoning, social skills and more grow and expand. Becoming a
professional educator for early childhood is one of my goals that I know I
will accomplish. It is something that is my passion to help and be a great
resource. Teaching is something that I wanted to do since I was a kid and I
know I will be one of the best teachers. My story and experience have
confirmed my career and will help me know how to help the children and
the things they need, what helped me and how to overcome things

I believe that the most important indicators of professionalism that I

possess is the way I act and are. I know that I'm a professional person who
acts according to the rules. I am a good listener, follow instructions and
very respectful. I'm the kind of person who doesnt show how much I care
about people but that's the main thing about me. When someone is sad it
makes me sad also. I'm a very comprehensive person who wants the best
for everyone. Always believing that people can have a second chance or
believing in the change in people. I am a very calm person that respects
opinions and mind set. I had never ever gotten into any trouble. The most
important thing about being professional is the way we act and how we
react to situations.

Professional Philosophy Statement

I believe that each child is unique, they learn in different ways. Can be visual, hands on,
reading independently, with someone's help and more. There are many types but I believe
a teacher has to be flexible to know and understand each way that a child leams. That way
they can be a successful kid and learn what they are supposed to. A teacher should not
teach in one style or way. It has to be different because in one activity there is one group of
kids that will learn quickly but others struggle. A flexible class can make the learning more
interesting and kids may get it in different ways. When teaching, a teacher should not be far
from the student.

They should go down their level and have love towards them. Not looking like a person
that knows more than the students. The key is compassion and love. In my personal
experience when I teach I reflect and try new things for the next time. How the class is I
may change things to make it more interesting depending on their likes and how at the
same time they can learn.

Education is my passion, something that I was born with. I discovered that love of helping
others and finding ways to help them and to be encouraged and learn. Education is a very
important step that we all go through. I want to be an ESL teacher. The best resource for
that position is to have the same experience as the students so that way you know what
has helped you and how to help them faster. This passion is my American dream. It's
something that is in me and I want it to become a reality.

Rather than myself, I was the one who got inspired. I am so passionate to help others
because I believe that is my purpose in life. It is something that I always look forward to
helping or inspiring others. Knowing the difference of ways that people learn is very helpful
to help kids and the teacher. We have to be a great model where students can imitate you
by the way you are. I want to inspire kids, encourage and make them want to progress in
life. Open their minds that they can believe in themselves and feel secure, smart, and
equal.

To sum up everything that I had stated so far I wanted to work with people who are in
need. The best way that you can help a child is when you have been through the same
thing because then know how to help and how it feels. Teachers should look for a way
where all of the students feel like they are a family and equal to the native people. A
teacher that can inspire them, recognize the need of the student, and help. That is my role
to help, teach and be a model or bee example. My motivation for helping others is seeing
the need. Also my own experience confirmed how to help their learning environment and
strategies.
Professional Philosophy Statement

Creo que cada niño es único, aprenden de diferentes maneras. Puede ser visual,
manual, de lectura, independiente, con la ayuda de alguien y más. Hay muchos tipos, pero
creo que un maestro tiene que ser flexible para conocer y entender cada forma en que
aprende un niño. De esa manera pueden ser niños exitosos y aprender lo que se supone
que deben hacer. Un maestro no debe enseñar en un estilo o manera. Tiene que ser
diferente porque en una actividad hay un grupo de niños que aprenderán rápido pero otros
tendrán dificultades. Una clase flexible puede hacer que el aprendizaje sea más
interesante y los niños pueden aprenderlo de diferentes maneras. Al enseñar, un maestro
no debe estar lejos del estudiante.Deben bajar su nivel y tener amor hacia ellos. No
parecer una persona que sabe más que los estudiantes. La clave es la compasión y el
amor. En mi experiencia personal cuando enseño reflexiono y pruebo cosas nuevas para la
próxima vez. Cómo es la clase puedo cambiar cosas para hacerla más interesante

progresar en la vida. Abre sus mentes para que puedan creer en si mismos y sentirse
seguros, inteligentes e iguales.Para resumir todo lo que había dicho hasta ahora, quería
trabajar con personas que lo necesitan. La mejor manera en que puedes ayudar a un niño
es cuando has pasado por lo mismo porque entonces sabes cómo ayudar y cómo se
siente. Los maestros deben buscar la manera en que todos los estudiantes se sientan
como una familia e iguales a los nativos. Un maestro que pueda inspirarlos, reconocer la
necesidad del alumno y ayudar. Ese es mi rol ayudar, enseñar y ser modelo o ejemplo de
abeja. Mi motivación para ayudar a otros es ver la necesidad. También mi propia
experiencia confirmó cómo ayudar a su entorno y estrategias de aprendizaje.
