Print Your Monsters - Monthly Release Agreement

All files and links we provide are intended for the personal use of our supporters only. By
downloading content created by Emmanuel Lepas, you accept this Agreement and agree to be
bound by its provisions. If you do not accept these terms, do not download the content we
provide.

Terms and Conditions of the Agreement:

● You are permitted to use the links and files provided by Emmanuel Lepas to download
and print the content of the files for personal use only.
● You are not permitted to distribute or sell the files, links, or printed materials.
● You are permitted to resize the content of the files to adapt to your printer for your
personal use only.
● You are not permitted to edit the files or use any portion of a file’s contents to create new
content.
● You are not permitted to make molds of our models.
● You are not permitted to mass produce our models or any other content derived from the
files provided by Print Your Monsters.
● You are permitted to make videos and live streams using our models and to take
photographs of our models as long as you state that the models were created by Print
Your Monsters. Promoting our websites and MyMiniFactory store would also be greatly
appreciated.
● You are not permitted to use our files or content for any other purpose.
● All copyrights belong to Print Your Monsters and our designs are protected by intellectual
property laws. No rights are assigned or transferred to you.
● Supporters who have a current Merchant Tier Subscription with Print Your Monsters
have the following exceptions:
○ You are permitted to sell your prints of the models in your online store. You are
not permitted to sell prints of the models in any physical store or other physical
location. You are not permitted to sell the digital files.
○ You are permitted to print and distribute the contents of the PDF files
corresponding to the printed models you sell to your customers. You are not
permitted to sell the PDF files.
○ If any cards (from a PDF containing cards) are printed and sent to your customer,
you must also include the card with the credits and logos.
