 If a circuit contains a dependent source, we must modify Step 3 of our
Mesh-Current Method, just like we did with in the Node-Voltage Method
 Step 3: Write the KVL for each mesh
 If the circuit contains a dependent source, write a dependent source constraint
equation which defines the controlling variable in terms of the mesh currents
