Cutout for i Controller 187 mm x 132 mm Not Cutout is in millimeters. 4.2.2 Mounting The controller is to be mounted onto the switchboard door. Requested cutout size is 187 x 132 mm. Use the screw holders delivered with the controller to fix the controller into the door as described on pictures below. Recommended torque for holders is 0.15 N-m, InteiGen 2001.5.0 GobalGuide 23 ComAp|> Panel door mounting f CS ‘Note: The final depth of the controller depends on the selected extension module -it can vary between 41 and 56 mm. Mind also a size of connector and cables (e.g. in case of RS232 connector add about another 60 mm for standard RS232 connector and cable). ‘Note: These devices shall be mounted in a pollution degree 2 environment enclosure having adequate strength and thickness with acceptable spacings being provided. Note: The accessibility of live parts through openings in the enclosure, reliable retention of guards or barriers for prevention of risk of electric shock, etc., shall be considered in the end product evaluation. Note: These devices should be used within their electrical ratings and in an ambient temperature not exceeding 70°C, for4A (BOUT 1 & 2) output or 60°C for 5A (BOUT 1 & 2) output. Note: Voltage sensing circuits shall be connected to controlled Overvoltage Category III circuits only in the end product installation, IntelGen 2001.5.0 GobalGuide 24 4.3 Terminal Diagram @ CURRENT MEASUREMENT 129 com 130 u 131 B 32 Ls 133 com 34 u @ GENERATOR VOLTAGE 137 N 138 u 139 LB T40 Ls @ MAINS/BUS VOLTAGE 41 N 142 u 743 LB Tae Ls ComAp|> @BINARY INPUTS. 145 BINT 148 BINZ 147 BINS 748 BING 149° BINS 750 BING 151 BINT 152 BINS ®avr INTERFACE 154 COM 155 OUT ®CANI ek 127 COM 8H @CAN2 @RPM 125 4 @ SPEED GOVERNOR Wwrenrace ® ANALOG INPUTS T13 COM IntelGen 2001.5.0 GobalGuide @ BINARY OUTPUTS 0s 06 07 T08 Tos To ™ m2 @E-STOP 04 ® POWER SUPPLY, D+ BOUT Tot BATT- BouT2 02 D+ BOUTS 103 BATT + BoUTa @ Rs485 BOUTS 156 B BOUTe 157 com BOUT? 158 A BOUTS ®uss ® usB Host Current inputs Generator voltage inputs Mains/Bus voltage inputs Binary inputs AVR cAN1 cAN2 Analog inputs RPM ‘Speed governor eeeoooooec 0 0 8 IntelGen 2001.5.0 GobalGuide 28-36 37-40 41-44 45-62 H,COM, L H,COM, L 18-22 16-17 13-15 05-12 Current measurement wiring (page 30) Voltage measurement wiring - SPtM (page 32) Voltage measurement wiring - MINT (page 38) Voltage measurement wiring - SPtM (page 32) Voltage measurement wiring - MINT (page 38) Binary inputs (page 45) AVR Interface (page 57) CAN bus and RS485 wiring (page 52) CAN bus and RS485 wiring (page 52) Analog inputs (page 48) Magnetic pick-up (page 44) ‘Speed governor interface (page 57) Binary Outputs (page 46) 26 E-Stop Powersupply RS485 usB 6686680 uUsB HOsT © back to Installation and wiring 4.4.1 General To ensure proper function: > Use grounding terminals. “epee A,COM, B UsBB USBA ComApp> E-Stop (page 47) Power supply (page 28) CAN bus and RS485 wiring (page 52) USB (page 57) USB HOST (page 57) > Wiring for binary inputs and analog inputs must not be run with power cables. > Analog and binary inputs should use shielded cables, especially when the length is more than 3m.
