To Whom It May Concern,

I have known Reece Marshall for the past 3 years, serving as her Physics teacher. Her
combination of highly developed soft skills and empathetic nature make her an excellent fit for a
potential Psychology major and educator. She has made a fantastic impression that will last for
years to come, and I believe that she would be an excellent candidate for your program.

Inside of the classroom, her ability to work well with others was immediately apparent.
During every group project and lab, she would ensure that her group was on task and working
towards the objective. While she may initially appear quiet and reserved, she will generally take
the role of the leader within her group. In my class, she was given a group who would frequently
get themselves off task, but she would always refocus them to ensure they were completing their
work in a timely manner. In terms of academics, Physics initially proved to be difficult for her,
but by the end of the year, she achieved the highest grade in her class. After this adjustment
period, she began to frequently reach out to me until she fully understood the concepts. This
quality will serve her well in college, and I know that she will utilize all of the resources
available to her to ensure that she is successful.

Outside of the classroom, she has dedicated herself to several opportunities to gain
community service hours. She has been a member of our local chapter of the Family, Career, and
Community Leaders of America organization for two years, and was an officer for one of those
years. Additionally, she was a member of a non-profit organization called Redemption Global,
where she accumulated 236 hours of community service. This willingness to aid others is a
quality that will prove extremely useful in a career as an educator.

I strongly recommend this student for your program, and I know that she will prove to be
