ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
On Investiture Ceremony

Investiture ceremony is one of the most important ceremonies in Scouting. It

is the onset of time when young people starts to discover the world and forge their
own self-hood by which Scouting is so purposely inclined. It’s when the scouts, thru
the Scout promise annunciates their pledge and loyalty to the Scout law, it marks the
formal acceptance of the boys and girls in the movement after they have completed
the requirements of membership and fully understand the essence.

With this, Punta Elementary School conducted its BSP and GSP Investiture
ceremonies last October 16, 2023, the program start by the entry of Scouts and
Troop Officials followed by the singing of Philippine National Anthem conducted by
Odrie Eunice Alcantara, opening prayer led by April Villaran and Panunumpa ng
Katapatan sa watawat ng Pilipinas lead by Mary Chris Benzon.

Troop Leader and Boyscout School Coordinator Sctr. Jaizel b. Pillas

spearheaded the Lightning of 3 candles that signifies the start of the ceremony,
followed by the 12 rules of scouts that was recited by selected boyscouts. Elijah
Sean I. Adami led the recitation Kab scouts of Scout oath and Law Rolando Gabriel
M. Pillas recites the Boyscouts Oath and Law followed by the recitationof GSP
Promise and Law led by Odrie Eunice P. Alcantara,
The Donning of Neckerchief as one of the highlights of the event was assisted
by the parents and guardians. The troop leader lead the presentation of Investiture
officer Sctr. Maricel S. Masikip in which she also deliver her message and words of
wisdom to the newly member of the scouting community. The Scouts and the Unit
Leaders sing the Closing Song “ Pananagutan’’ followed by the Scout Benediction
led by Sctr. Jaizel B. Pillas. The investiture Ceremony was done successfully
