It gives you greater flexibility and choice, by providing you the freedom to
design your personal benefits plan, that best suits your unique needs.
Cyient will provide default coverage – a standard level of medical coverage for
you, spouse and children

sponsored default coverage) or flex down (opt for a lower benefit than
company sponsored default coverage). Cyient contributes INR 5,310 for the
ESC options
▪ You also have an option to cover you parents/parents-in-law under the

Critical Illness Plan
Critical Illness Cover offers a financial support package for you with a one-time lump sum payment on first time detection/ diagnosis of
