Implementation of ICT Lab Sanctioned Under Samagra Shiksha & STARS Project
Samagra shiksha, Maharashtra wants to implement ICT Lab in 708 government Elementary Schools
& 21 KGBV Schools which is sanction for the year 2022-23.
Benefits
1. Easier understanding of difficult concept: The helps teacher to explain otherwise theoretical and
difficult concept through use of visually rich multimedia content and other tools. Optional AI
enabled modules capture key parameters such as students perceiving attention in the ICT lab.
2. Upgradation of Technology skill: - The training program for teacher’s facilities upgradation of
technology skill of the teacher, exposing them to new technologies and teaching tools.
3. Standardized and measurable outcomes:-The ICT Lab is helping schools, institutes Standardize,
and subsequently replies education delivery with measurable outcomes.
4. Exposure to new technology for students:-ICT Lab enable exposure of new technologies to
students, providing them a platform to enhance their understanding of different student.

The successful bidder is accept to deliver the following as a part of the obligations:
The successful bidder to Supply & install all material as per given specification in each schools
sanction by MHRD.

Networking :
Switch:- 8/16 Port gigabit Ethernet switch :-
It should be managed switch for better management of network.
Electrical Fittings :
As per specs and actual for connecting all desktops, monitors, printers, UPS, etc. Other
electrical fittings to run the ICT Lab as mention in tender document. Through PVC conduit
with copper cable for mains feeder including distribution box and socket boxes (6 Amp and
16 Amp). Feeder provide with isolators and MCBs. Electric Sub-meter-10/20 amps, 1 phase
/ 3 phase electronic/Analog Approved by Power Dept., Govt. of Maharashtra. Electrical
wiring with 1 main MCB before or after Energy meter. Sub Meter of ICT Lab will be placed
within ICT Lab only. And, wiring from the mains till the ICT Lab will be Provided by the
SPD-SMSA. Within ICT Lab Electrical Wiring will be the responsibility of the Bidders.
Earthing:
Earthing should be below 2 Volts with copper plate, and electrode with copper wire
with main switch. The copper plate has been buried with the necessary depth in the soil,
along with required quantity of salt, sand, and charcoal filling, after necessary excavation.
The conditioning of electrical power is the sole responsibility of the Bidder wherever
required.
All equipment / appliances / fittings should be ISI/ISO certified.

The following features must be included in the Solution for students, teachers and school
administrator.
For Students:-
The solution should be mapped with the Educational Digital Content.
Students should have the access to the educational content assigned by the teacher and even
by them selves for self-learning purpose.
Tests should have different difficulty levels. On giving correct answers, the difficulty level
of the test should increase.
Students should be able to create and attempt practice tests for self - assessment.
Test results should display as test progress graph highlighting the difference in scores when
test is attempted multiple times.
Topic wise remediation content should be displayed based on the topics for which the tests
would be attempted.
Topic progress graph to be displayed if multiple tests are created with same topic, difference
in scores of that topic shall be displayed.
Overall performance of student across subjects/topics to be displayed in the form of
comprehensive analytical reports.
Students should have the option to chat with the teacher for clearing doubts and other
academic queries.
Student should have the option to submit answers to the assigned homework on the
platform. (typed / clicked picture from camera / uploaded from gallery)

For Teachers:-
Teachers should have access to the mapped content and also have an option to assign
content to the class or individual students as per the need.
Teachers should be able to create and assign assessments on the platform.
Teachers should be able create or upload the homework (typed / clicked picture from camera
/ uploaded from gallery)
Teachers to be able to review and evaluate the homework on the platform Teachers shall be
able to provide feedback to the students as required.
Teachers to be able to view and manage timetable for classes, students.
Teachers to be able to view the test analytics for all the tests attempted by the students in the
form of overall performance analytics, subject wise reports and class wise reports.

Additional Terms & Conditions
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR OEM
Past Performance:
Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM {themselves or through re-seller(s)} should
have supplied same or similar Category Products for 40% of bid quantity, in at least
one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State
Govt Organization / PSU / Public Listed Company. Copies of relevant contracts
(proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year) to be
submitted along with bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant Financial

year. In case of bunch bids, the category related to primary product having highest bid
value should meet this criterion.
Forms of EMD
Bidder must submit the EMD only in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft
should be made in favour of SAMAGRA SHIKSHA SECURITY DEPOSIT ACCOUNT
PAYBALE AT MUMBAI.
Supply:-
Work Order will be issued subject to availability of funds.
Successful bidders will be provided the list of schools by this office.
All the rules and regulations of GFR, FMP Manuals, GTC on GeM 4.0 (Version
1.5) & CVC guideline shall apply.
