    Dear Sir,
    RELEASE OF FUNDS (GH₵1,200.00)
    We write to inform the Church for the release of funds towards the
    organization of the upcoming X-mas events.
    The planning committee per discussions finalized on a budget of
    GH₵2,000.00 which covers the cost of decor fabrics and accessories as
    well as service charge for the decorator.
    The group in its own way has managed to raise an amount of
    GH₵800.00 and therefore appeal to management of the Church to
    support with the remaining amount.
