Sowbhagya Devi and our Late parents did not have any other children.

The Deponents 2 to 3 states that they have No Objection whatsoever to claim the
amount of Medical Reimbursement and Pension and Bank A/c of our Late Father
Dr SR Siddalingappa by our elder brother who is Deponent No. 1.

The Deponents 2 and 3 hereby authorize the deponent No. 1 SS Sundaresh who is
the eldest brother to collect/claim the amount of medical reimbursement and
pension bank A/C of our Father Late Dr SR Siddalingappa.

We are swearing this Letter of Disclaimer to produce before the concerned

authorities .
