BACKGROUND
The advent of i.c.t has an impact in Binga district schools and in your local area in
everyday lives and in all spheres of life and businesses. The behavior of learners and locals
has been revolutionaries for the worst or better.

THE CALA
This CALA consists of two parts namely: part A and B.you are required to respond to both parts
of the CALA.
PART A
Carry out a research on the impact of i.c.t at your school and in your community. Making notice
on the positive and negatives effects.
PART B
Using the information researched, you are therefore required to debate on the impact of i.c.t. at
your school and in your community to your peers within three days using any styl of dbats.
CALA TIPS
You may consider the appropriate diction, clarity of key points, and confidence in your
presentation and appropriate application of paralinguistic features. You may also need to
consider practical elements associated with speaking to an audience such as: voice projections,
fluency and eye contact.
