Reference - Your Resignation letter dated 30th November 2022

Dear Kamil,

This is subject to your resignation from the position of “Medical Scribe Trainee” dated: 30th
November 2022. We appreciate your early resignation notice and hereby inform you that your
resignation has been accepted. As per Company policy, you are required to serve 60 days’
notice period. However, as agreed we shall relieve you from the services of the Company with
effect from the close of office hours of 01st December 2022.

We would also like to remind you of your acceptance to the terms as laid out in the
confidentiality policy, which restricts you from taking part in any matter / job that may be
deemed misfit towards the affairs of AQuity Solutions India Private Limited.

You are required to complete the clearance formalities and return all the material of the
company that is in your possession. On completion of all such formalities the Company shall
process your Full and Final settlement.
