Assistant Quality Assurance Manager & Marketing Executive


Princely Jets is a private charter air service provider company. Working as Assistant Quality Assurance
Manager, reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.

My key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


 Prepare and maintain audit checklists, relevant to the activity to be audited.
 Prepare and submit an audit report after each audit. Conducting Corrective Actions analysis and
ensuring its timely completion by the engineering personnel.
 Training of Maintenance Staff: Supervising the training of maintenance staff as per
“Training Need Analysis (TNA) approved by Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA).
 Involved in assessment of Certifying Staff for the renewal of their Certification Authorizations.
 Implementation of QMS: Looking after the Implementation of Quality policies in an effective
manner, successfully developed an independent QMS program for our organization.
 Establish or amend Quality manual according to PCAA regulations.
 Create an organized professional man-hour plan.
 Create an effective quality assurance program yearly.
 Establishing a Master Yearly Training Plan for all the maintenance and QA Staff.
 Perform incoming parts inspection that are being procured from Original Equipment Manufacturer
(OEM) and other approved vendors.
 Closely monitor all maintenance activities so that only approved procedures are adopted
 Monitoring of recovery of aircraft and helicopters.
 Maintain, and liaise with the Airworthiness Directorate of PCAA.

Marketing Responsibilities:
(a) Also involved in running and monitoring a digital marketing campaign for our brand reputation
enhancement, effectively engaged with various clients for the marketing of our aircraft services alongside
implementing a comprehensive strategy with the motive of increasing our clientele.
(b) Involved in overseeing the maintenance and updating of our corporate website.

Notable Achievement: During the tenure of my service, it has been my honor, that
M/s Princely Jets has been declared to be an AN0-145-approved organization by Pakistan
Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA). It all happened, because the “MOE Document” which was prepared
by QA, got approved and M/s Princely Jets successfully cleared all the Audit points raised by PCAA.
